(easy, breezy, delicious!)
Summer is almost over, but it's not too late to enjoy some of these delicious white wine summer cocktails:
1. Watermelon White Wine Slushy
Place 7 cups of ripe watermelon in a blender
Add a bottle of white wine (our recommendation is Aspen Dale's Sweet William 2021 bottle or Moscato wine )
Add 2 cups ice
Add a few mint leaves, maybe squeeze some lemon, and feel free to add agave nectar to taste
Blend it, Pour it, and Enjoy it thoroughly! Cheers!
2. Skinny Strawberry - Basil White Wine Spritz
Pour a 4 oz in each glass of sparkling wine (our recommendation is Blue Valley's Flowers Moscato-based sparkling wine or other sparkling wine)
Add 1-2 fresh cut strawberries or raspberries
Add a squeeze of lime
Throw in a couple of leaves of fresh basil
Top it up with seltzer water

3. Peach White Wine Sangria
Pour a bottle of wine in a pitcher (our recommendation is Philip Carter's Viognier or Sauvignon Blanc or Pino Grigio of your choice)
Add 4-5 fresh white peaches washed and sliced
Add 1 cup fresh cut strawberries
Add a handful of fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup of peach snaps
Leave in the fridge for an hour or two
Pour and enjoy!
