We are happy featuring local Virginia wineries and vineyards or educating groups about wine from around the world, your choice. Call us and let us discuss your needs and expectations. (Prices are per person and include $1,000 minimum for event. We are happy to tailor our wine and food selection to your needs and provide tailored quotes).
1. Anyone visibly intoxicated before the tour will not be allowed to attend. 2. Please bring a valid ID. 3. Be on time for your pick-up. If you are not available on the pick-up site within 10 minutes of specified time, your absence will be considered a cancellation and you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Pick-up and drop-off from Washington, D.C. - Convention Center (901 L Street NW, Washington, DC 20001), unless alternate arrangements have been made. By making this booking, you agree that you and your guests are 21 years of age or older, and will adhere to all policies, rules and regulations set forth the ABC, each venue, and our tours. You understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the venue and- in case of over-intoxication, will result in alternate transportation (paid for by the guest in violation) for persons unable to continue the tour. In the event of guest sickness, damage to the van, or mess requiring professional cleaning, the card used to pay the booking will be charged a minimum of $300 unless the responsible party can be charged on site. Should the damages exceed $300, or Spirited Tours is unable to fulfill another tour commitment due to damage caused, the person making the booking and/or responsible party will cover the repair/cleaning and lost income costs incurred. Due to high demand for tours, tickets are non-refundable 24 hours prior to the tour. Our cancellation policy for Public Tours is as follows: • Less than 24 hours: No date changes or refunds, fully-transferable to anyone 21+ of age • Less than 7 calendar days: 50% refund • At least 1 week before tour: Full Refund Any date changes that are made 7 days or less before your tour will be subject to a $35 per person rescheduling fee. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling, but no guarantees of availability are provided. No date changes can be made within 24 hours of scheduled tour, but tickets are fully-transferable to another party, just provide them the first and last name on your booking and they may attend in your place. If an event beyond our control occurs (weather, venue closings, van complications, etc.) that requires rescheduling, every effort will be made to plan book you on an alternate date.
