Private Tour (Loudoun Wineries)

Service Description

Loudoun County is the largest wine producing area in Northern Virginia! So, come join us on a private tour for a delicious winery tour with us exploring Loudoun, Purcellville, and Middleburg wineries and tasting some of the best wines in the area! We'll pick you up, provide snacks, and take you to two beautiful wineries in Loudoun County! What we provide: * Certified wine expert who leads the tour * Executive transportation * Visit to some of the best wineries / vineyards in Loudoun, Purcellville, and Middleburg (tasting fees ARE NOT included) * Pick-up (between 9-11am) at a location of your choice (DC or Virginia) * Free water and snacks (you are welcome to purchase lunch during our stops). * Drop-off around 4/4:30pm at pick-up spot for 2 wineries or 5/5:30pm for 3 wineries P.S. No cancellations less than a week prior to the scheduled tour. Only replacements will be honored.

Cancellation Policy

1. Anyone visibly intoxicated before the tour will not be allowed to attend. 2. Please bring a valid ID and cash/credit card. 3. Be on time for your pick-up. If you are not available on the pick-up site within 10 minutes of specified time, your absence will be considered a cancellation and you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Pick-up and drop-off from Washington, D.C. (L'Enfant Plaza), Alexandria (Potomac Yard Metro), Arlington (Ballston Metro), Fairfax (Vienna Metro), unless alternate arrangements have been made. By making this booking, you agree that you and your guests are 21 years of age or older, and will adhere to all policies, rules and regulations set forth the ABC, each venue, and our tours. You understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the venue and- in case of over-intoxication, will result in alternate transportation (paid for by the guest in violation) for persons unable to continue the tour. In the event of guest sickness, damage to the van, or mess requiring professional cleaning, the card used to pay the booking will be charged a minimum of $300 unless the responsible party can be charged on site. Should the damages exceed $300, or Spirited Tours is unable to fulfill another tour commitment due to damage caused, the person making the booking and/or responsible party will cover the repair/cleaning and lost income costs incurred. Due to high demand for tours, tickets are non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 8 day prior to tour date. Our cancellation policy for Winery Tours is as follows: • Less than 8 calendar days: No date changes or refunds, fully-transferable to anyone 21+ of age • More than 8 days prior to tour: 50% Refund Any date changes that are made 8 days or more prior to tour date will be subject to a $35 per person rescheduling fee. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling, but no guarantees of availability are provided. If an event beyond our control occurs (weather, venue closings, van complications, etc.) that requires rescheduling, every effort will be made to plan book you on an alternate date.
